Both enigmatic and perplexing, the abandoned Wienerschnitzel (originally named Der Wienerschnitzel until 1977) has been sold to some guy named Sal for some time, though no building changes or reopenings have been made. It begs the question, "what do you do with a Wienerschnitzel when it stops being a Wienerschnitzel"?
