About:

Our Company was formed in 1999 at Wesley Methodist Church in Scarborough as a platoon of the 2nd Scarborough Company and flourished into a strong and thriving company in its own right.

When Wesley Methodist closed in 2006, we moved to Queen Street Central Hall and became the 5th Scarborough Company.  Since this time the company has gone from strength to strength with a fantastic group of members and officers.

We are part of the Yorkshire County Battalion and are very active in the Battalion.  We have held the Battalion Colours for the past 6 years due to our successes in the Battalion Drill Competitions and have won the Battaalion Shield as the 'Battalion Champions' on 4 occaisions.

We are an active forward thinking company with the drive to encourage the achievement and success of our young people through a wide and varied program of activities.

Above all, we strive to achieve our objective 'The Advancement of Christ's Kingdom among Boys and the promotion of habits of Obedience, Reverence, Discipline, Self Respect and all that tends towards a true Christian manliness'.
