The City Council consists of 5 elected members. City Council Members are elected officers identified in Government Code Section 87200

Generally, the City Council meets on first and third Tuesdays of each month. All meetings begin at 6:00 pm. Unless noted, the meeting location is at Sebastopol Youth Annex, 425 Morris Street in Sebastopol. You can find agendas, meeting dates, videos of past meetings and more info here.
