Bryan "Feather Lynn" Higgins was a radical faerie who was brutally assault in an alleged hate crime the Duboce Triangle area in early August, 2014. He was taken off of life support by the request of his family on August 13th at 3:33pm. Part of the attack was caught on tape (here). Higgins' attacker was described by police as a man in his 20s or 30s wearing a gray hoodie.
