Cafe Abir is a cafe in the Western Addition. They've been in the neighborhood for years now.
In March of 2012 they radically redesigned the interior of the cafe, knocking down the barrier between the cafe and the bar next door. They also began to keep the lights dimmed and reduced the number of available seats and power outlets. Gone are the really tall red seats. It's effectively a wine bar now, at least at night time.
