The Eviction Defense Collaborative (EDC) is the main SF law firm that works with people who are facing eviction. It is a member of the SF Anti-Displacement Coalition.
Every year they provide assistance to over 5,000 tenants a year.

According to their site, they have drop-in clinic at these times:
Monday – Friday
9:30 AM – 11:30 AM
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
The EDC is usually closed the first Friday afternoon of each month and all court holidays.
