Global Health & Clinical Sciences Building is a building project in Mission Bay.

UCSF is building this six-story $94mn project. It will primarily be a research building with space for 1,500 scientists and researchers. It will also have the new chancellor's office.

In an article about the building, the San Francisco Business Times writes: "The new six-story structure will also provide space for many of the doctors who will practice at the new children's, women's and cancer specialty hospital, slated to open in February 2015. It was made possible by a $20 million gift from philanthropist Chuck Feeney, through his Atlantic Philanthropies entity."

Ground broke on the project on Mar. 22nd 2013 and the building is expected to be completed in 2014.
