Humphry Slocombe is an Ice Creamery in the Mission District. They specialize in unique ingredients and bizarre combinations like Secret Breakfast (bourbon + cornflakes). Their ice creams are also distributed at DeLessio's Market in the western addition, as well as several local Restaurants. For at least some period of time, they experimented with selling hyper-artisan flavors with ingredients so exotic they couldn't be sold for normal ice cream money.
