The Indonesian Consulate in SF is located at 1111 Columbus Ave in North Beach.  Their hours are a bit weird:

9:30AM - 1:00 PM - For Visa applications

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM for pick up only

They have a phone number, (415) 474-9571, but they often don't pick up.

To apply for a (tourist, up to 60-day) visa, you'll need:

• Proof of employment or a recent bank statement
• Passport-style photos (2)
• $50 money order only
• Travel tickets
• Your passport

Visas take ~5 work days to process.
