Macy's has three stores in San Francisco. In downtown, there is the San Francisco flagship Macy's that caters to women and there is a Macy's men's store nearby. There is also a Macy's at Stonestown Galleria.

The Macy's men's Store used to have a full-size replica of the robot, B9, from the television show Lost In Space. He was located in the basement by the dressing rooms next to a stylish black sofa. "Greetings Will Robinson. Would you like to try on some pants?" B9 was sold by Macy's in an auction.

There is also an iPod vending machine that sells iPods and other items.
