(2008) Painted Ladies is a name applied to San Francisco's restored Victorian-era homes that are painted three or more colors. These houses tend to feature two or more trim colors and one base color. One of the most famous blocks of Painted Ladies exists on Postcard Row.  In fact, they're usually simply referred to as "The Painted Ladies."
