In a dystopic and boat-crime infested San Francisco, a lone SFPD officer reigns over land AND sea with the help of an artifically intelligent amphibious superboat super-ATV: the SFPD Quadski. The year is 2015 and San Francisco is overrun with disorderly boating while simultaneously being overrun with disorderly near-shore piercrime. Hounded by the SFPD, criminals simply take their crimetivity to the water, where police are POWERLESS to stop them and where the underfunded coast guard just doesn't have the manpower. But with the help of powerful tech magnate and Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff to the tune of $50,000, one lone SFPD officer, haunted by submerged memories of a painful boating youth, is deputized to bring the long arm of the law down on all would-be nautical and near-shore criminals, particularly when they go from land to sea and vice-versa in a short amount of time.
