Smitten Ice Cream is not your typical ice cream shop. There are no rows of ice cream flavor to choose from and questionable freshness. Instead there are 2 classic flavors and 2 seasonal flavors to choose from and ice cream are made fresh right there on the spot. Smitten has a machine called Kelvin which uses liquid nitrogen and other ingredients to make your ice cream in 60 seconds. You can watch the machine in action as you wait for your ice cream order.
Smitten is part of the Proxy project that uses shipping containers to house art, food and entertainment venues.
