Spices! II is a Chinese (Taiwanese) restaurant in the Inner Richmond. They have lots of insanely spicy and interesting dishes ("stinky!", "fire-burst!", numbing). This is unfortunately the only Spices! that does not serve stinky tofu. I repeat: no delectable, addictive, drool-inducing stinky tofu.
There's a Spices! I on Eighth Avenue and a Spices! III in Oakland. This Spices! doesn't serve beer or wine (Spices! I does).
