Station 40 is a "collectively run, anticapitalist community events and organizing space by and for those who seek an egalitarian world without hierarchy."
The collective is based out of 3030B 16th St. In March of 2015 the collective faced an eviction threat, and worked successfully to broker mediation with the landlord and the Community Land Trust to potentially purchase the property.
