Summer of Love Residences is a shared residence at the base of Nob Hill geared primarily towards students, musicians and artist. It was founded by professional Mick Jagger impersonator Rudy Colombini as a residential partner space to the Music City Rehearsal Studios. Rudy's band, the Unauthorized Rolling Stones makes the house all the more interesting. Since its inception, it has become one of the hottest,  and affordable housing options for students who attend schools or college in the city. Reserve a bed early. They are frequently sold out in advance of the school semester starts and screen tenants well.
