The Law Offices of Bornstein and Bornstein is a law firm specializing in real estate law and civil litigation. The law office, and Daniel Bornstein in particular, have shown up a lot in the news recently within the debate over the origins of our current wave of gentrification, evictions, and displacement. Daniel Bornstein is a Founding Partner of the law firm and the Bay Area Property Group, and is also a broker. He has been practicing law for about two decades, after completing his degree at UC Berkeley School of Law. He has gained notoriety from educational seminars that he hosts on landlord-tenant law, some of which may be found on the law firm's Youtube channel.
