Yank Sing offers high end dim sum. Carts go around and you choose whatever looks good. The servers then stamp a card which is tallied up at checkout. Like any good dim sum place, you need to be a bit assertive in chasing down servers and getting what you want. It's part of the charm, after all.
Be sure to try the Shanghai Dumpling, which is basically soup in a dumpling and is really tasty.
