Summary: Students interested in the federal work-study program at SFSU, should contact the Office of Student Financial Aid. There is a

are required for being a work-study student. 

 

Evaluation: The contact information and hours of operation are up to date for the office of student financial aid. They respond in a timely manner.

They are busiest from 9am-12pm which may affect response times. During these hours, it took about 25 minutes on average  to get a response. When they are not as busy from 1pm-5pm, it will 

take 3-4 minutes on average for a response. The office of student financial aid is organized and will help multiple students with their inquiries at a time.
