Not knowing what to do after graduation is already a challenge as is, but with the COVID-19 pandemic completely changing the job scene and outlook for undergraduate students, so what resources are available to students?

The Lam Family College of Business, for example held several different career fairs throughout the semester in the breezeway of the College.

Booths were set up with different types of "Career Chats" with businesses that were associated with the Lam CoB. This is a changing atmosphere however, and the response came to holding Career services online via Zoom conferences. The Lam Family College hosted appointments on:

  • Mon/ Thurs. / Fri: 1 p.m.—3 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 2 p.m.—4 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 2 p.m.—5 p.m.

These appointments help develop research into what jobs are available and what the major a person has can do for them. There are also "Career Chats" held on these platforms.

For Academics post-graduate, the SFSU website shows information on their own academics for Graduate studies, and there are programs from different colleges which can be used to find one suitable for you. (linkhttps://grad.sfsu.edu/)
