The Broad Street Community Garden, the first community garden site in the City of San Luis Obispo, is surrounded by trees along San Luis Creek. With 18 plots and one common area, the garden has become a hidden treasure for the City.

The City of San Luis Obispo community garden plots are available to City residents on a first-come, first-served basis. The annual fee a $24 base rate plus a $.03 assessment charge per square foot. All garden sites currently have waiting lists.
