Catarino Chavez has been farming for 27 years in Santa Maria, CA. Chavez Family Farm produces blueberries, strawberries, broccoli, spinach, cilantro, carrots, romain lettuce, onions, beets, and kale. In the summer, they will have tomatoes, zucchini, and peppers available. They have a 23 acre farm and like to ensure the quality and safety of their produce by not having any animals on the farm. You can find their delicious produce at farmers markets in L.A., SLO, and Santa Barbara.
