James "Jim" Widmann is a professor in the Cal Poly Mechanical Engineering Department. He is a total boss, likes to make sarcastic jokes in class, rides bikes, and is overall just an awesome and well rounded dude. During the 2012-2013 school year, he advised the Cal Poly College of Engineering Interdisciplinary Senior Project classes. One cool project in particular was the Beach Wheelchair Project by Team Sandspitter.
