The Bike Arch is an entry arbor constructed by Rory Landon Aronson at 880 Upham Street. The arch was constructed in Rory's backyard out of trashed bicycle frames and scrap metal over 3 days. On January 15, 2012, Rory and his roommates carried the Bike Arch in the middle of the night through the driveway and placed it into its foundation holes over the front steps. The Arch stood tall and proud, speaking to San Luis Obispo's biking and art communities. Not a day went  past without passers-by giving the thumbs-up, stopping to take a photo, or just admire the whimsical creation.

Within the week, the Bike Arch got a fresh coat of paint, transforming it into a Bike Rainbow.
