Q: Do you have any important highlights or notes you would like to disclose?
They won awards on Illinois Times for "Best of Springfield 2013" and "Best of Springfield 2015". They also have a Facebook page in which they have over 200 followers! Check them out when you have the time!
Q: What is your current most selling item?
Anything that has to do with noodles! The most common questions are about noodles, how they are made, what their texture is like, and what is included with them (toppings wise).
Q: Where do you get your ingredients from?
Gordon Food Service Store here in Springfield.
Q: What kind of events do you support or have throughout the year?
They have specials on days like Mother's Day or Father's Day, but they also have a two for 19.99 everyday for the lovely couples! If you would like more information, you are always free to call the restaurant and ask!
Q: What are your most popular days?
Fridays and Saturdays with both dine-in and carry-out orders.
Q: Do you have catering available?
Yes, the most they have done so far is a group of 40 people, but as always, you are welcome to call and check them out!
