  • Ycycling: A high intensity cycling class designed to challenge one's cardio.
  • High Intensity Classes Strong by Zumba: This class is geared more towards those who are experienced in zumba. It uses moves to match the music and pushes towards for more movement overall.
  • Aqua Fit: A class structured on using exercises done within a pool to get a workout.
  • Bootcamp: An hour long class meant to push the participants' endurance level by using football and military style drills, martial arts and weight training workouts. 
  • Kettlebells & Ropes: A one hour class split into 2 halves that use kettlebells and heavy ropes to create an intense workout
  • Power Yoga: Power yoga begins with 3-6 sun salutations as a warm up. Then it moves to poses that work the back, abdominals, shoulders and hips and ends with seated forward bends, seated twists, supine twists and a final relaxation and meditation.
