About Us:

Jamie Eubanks has been playing the blues since the young age of 11. By the time he was 15, with the guidance of producer, band-mate and mentor, Darius “Doc D” Baker, Jamie had a gigging band and a CD of original material. With support from fans and local venues like the Bradfordville Blues Club, Jamie had the opportunity to share his talent and grow as a musician. He has been performing around the southeast for the past few years, and is more excited than ever to have " The Jamie Eubanks Band " ready to come to a venue near you, check us out !

Kevan McCann is a graduate of FSU College of Music and holds an arsenal of musical styles and abilities to swoon you ..."Mr.Smooth" as we call him. He holds down half of the rhythm section with solid precise execution and has fun doing it.

James Lewis is the veteran of the group. He has played all over the U.S. and Europe with sticks in hand as a studio and touring musician. He brings knowledge and experience to the trio with solid beats and tasteful fills to round out this must see act.

"These guys came out of the box hotter than a $2 pistol, winning the Northwest Florida Blues Society's Blues Challenge in September for the opportunity to compete in the 2013 International Blues Challenge in Memphis. The band includes the hot rhythm section of Kevan McCann on bass and vocals and James Lewis on drums and vocals--two talented Tallahassee musicians who complement Jamie's blazing fretwork. Over the last four years, Jamie has joined many of the blues finest on the BBC stage, including Kenny Neal, Hubert Sumlin, Guitar Shorty, Bob Margolin, Zac Harmon and too many more to list. Kevan and James have been soaking up the blues for quite some time, as well, and the trio brings a wide variety of blues and blues rock that'll have the joint jumpin'..."
