The Warehouse District of downtown Toledo is a neighborhood roughly bounded by Monroe Street to the north, the Maumee River to the east, and I-75 to the west. It is home to Fifth Third Field, the Oliver House, a number of galleries and restaurants, and several residential buildings with loft-style spaces.
In 1981, the Toledo Warehouse District Association was founded. The TWDA provides a number of services to the neighborhood, including promotion of its businesses and residential spaces, and organizing events to showcase the neighborhood, like the annual "Wander the Warehouse District," in which neighborhood spaces open their doors to visitors.
