Annemarie founded B.E.E. in 2004 - driven and excited by the possibilities and successes that diversity, equity and inclusion can provide businesses.

Annemarie has a Masters Degree in equity Studies from OISE/University of Toronto. She has co-authored a book (The School that Equity Built), a policy on introducing sensitive issues in the classroom for the Peel District School Board, and has written a Diversity Strategy for the Canadian Diabetes Association. She also has a background in education.
