Formed over fourteen years ago by three condominium buildings: 1055 Bay Street (Polo Club One), 44 St. Joseph Street (Polo Club Two) and 1001 Bay Street, BCCA has grown as the neighbourhood has literally sprung up along Bay Street. They now represent well over 5000 residents in the area and welcome everyone who either lives or works in the BCCA area.
Boundaries:
The BCCA area currently includes Charles Street West to the North; College Street to the South; Yonge Street (West side) to the East; and Queen's Park Crescent (West side) to the West.

- 24 and 62 Wellesley Street West
- 6 St. Joseph House and 44 St. Joseph Street
