Corktown Common ( renamed from being Don River Park ) is a brand new park in-between the Canary District and the Don River.
The landscaping is still in progress, but what's there already is amazing!
The park was originally slated to temporarily close in late September 2013 to allow construction of unfinished parts to be done. However that closing date was pushed back until Thanksgiving! So go and enjoy before then. You'll be very thankful you did!
The Friends of Corktown Common is a newish volunteer group just getting started and is looking for volunteers to keep it amazing.
