By profession, I am IT manager, but as my background, I hold master’s degree in science and have worked with patients in the past. I always try to accumulate the knowledge and wisdom from all sources and use it myself and provide opportunity to others to get benefited

Some tips to keep healthy:

 

      Oral hygiene is paramount. Brush regularly and get electronic ones, which force you to use it for at least 2 minutes. Clean your tong, full cavity, lot of Bactria calls home there.

 

      Do some stretching as you get up to help better promote, blood circulation, digestion and relief from back discomfort

 

      Eat healthy breakfast and do not skip. Infect it is good way to lose weight than gaining.  Logic, empty stomach has more acids and you are tend to eat unhealthy stuff

 

      Integrate garlic, onion, spring onions and leeks which help fight serious infections.  Try least every fruit, especially berries and what  you can get hold of. They are power house of goodness

 

      Add some nuts in you snakes they promote healthy fatty acids

 

      Keep bones healthy and add diary products such as yogurt, cheese and milk, as you grow older you loose bone density

 

      Add some spices in your food. Chilies or cayenne peppers trigger endorphins; the feel good hormones

 

      Keep check on your portion size in plate

 

      Walk at least 20 minutes daily and eat your dinner before 8:00 PM.

 

      Eliminate stress by getting spiritual.
