Peter Leon is the interim City Councillor for Ward 3 Etobicoke Centre.

There was a vacancy when Former City Councillor and then Deputy Mayor Doug Holyday ran for a Provincial seat and won it in the by-election.

Leon got his Council seat by appointment from Toronto City Council on the third ballot.

He promised NOT to run in Toronto Election 2014 as an incumbent, but has made noises he might run anyway.
