LEGO Labyrinth & LEGO CITY HALL
Planners in Public Spaces (PiPS) is a series of events where Planners working in The City of Toronto get out and meet the community to explain exactly what it is they do, and to get feedback.
They had a Launch Event in Nathan Phillips Square on Tuesday August 20 2013. A giant LEGO City was built, mostly by kids, but with a lot of involvement and encouragement from Grown-Ups hanging around the Square.
