Until Recently, Regent Park was a run-down social housing development in the Downtown East Side.

Approximately bordered by Shuter Street, Parliament Street, Dundas Street East and the Don Valley.

It in the middle of what's called the Regent Park Revitalization which is transforming the closed off social housing apartment blocks into mixed use housing, just like the rest of the city.
