Scarborough Civic Centre and Albert Campbell Square.

The Scarborough Civic Centre is a municipal building (150 Borough Drive ) that prior to Amalgamation in 1998, functioned as City Hall for the City of Scarborough. The western wing of the building housed the former Scarborough Board of Education which was absorbed into the Toronto District School Board.

In front of the building there is a skating rink which doubles as a reflecting pool in summer as well as a public space known as Albert Campbell Square.

Scarborough Community Council meets here once a month or so in the former City Council Chamber.

The Atrium inbetween the two wings has numerous historic artifacts from Scarborough's 200+ year history.

Architect Raymond Moriyama designed this building as well as the Toronto Reference Library, hence the similarities between the two.
