  • fix up front page.  start over from scratch.
  • kill off explore -- almost all the links lead to mostly-empty pages. the long list gives the wrong impression about how complete the TorontoWiki is.
  • https://toronto.localwiki.org/ScarboroughWiki isn't used,  fix up layout on https://toronto.localwiki.org/HeritageWiki
