A very nice and courageous woman named Emma Yolanda Vera opened the grill. She was from Guadalajara, Mexico and wanted to make a restaurant that had great Mexican food, drinks, and colorful warm decor so that is how she came up with the name of the restaurant.
This restaurant is perfect for family dinners, dates, and work dinners. Inside, there is a full bar and Mexican artwork all around the walls of the restaurant. While enjoying a meal, there is tableside salsa made fresh. There is also nightly live Mariachi music to watch and listen to while enjoying the Mexican food
Hours
The Guadalajara Grill is open Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. On Friday and Saturday, the grill is open from 10:00 AM to midnight.
They also have a happy hour, Monday through Friday from 3:00 to 6:00 PM and Friday to Saturday from 10:00 PM to midnight.

The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also many drinks and deserts to choose from. The bar has an assortment of drinks. There are delicious margaritas made frozen or on the rocks, tons of cocktails, beer, wine, and martinis. The menu consists of appetizers, fajitas, chicken, beef, soups, salads, and fish.
