Chimera is a multi-roaster cafe brewing coffee from some the most talented roasters in the nation. Chimera also serves breakfast tacos using Fisher's Farms eggs and tofu scramble combined with tons of yummy goodies. Chimera's lunch consists of fresh sandwiches constructed with local ingredients on fresh baked house bread. There is a seasonal evening menu full of appetizers, nightly specials and desserts.
