The Blue Door Pub has some of the best burgers in the Twin Cities.
They are known for their own version of the Juicy Lucy, the Blucy, a hamburger stuffed with blue cheese. They also have other variations of the Juicy Lucy. Be sure to check out the Jiffy Burger. The Jiffy features strips of thick-cut bacon, melted pepper jack cheese, a slather of mayonnaise, and peanut butter... It's actually pretty good, in fact, it won the City Pages award for Best Burger in 2009.
The Blue Door Pub was featured on the TV show Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives. Beyond burgers, they serve a wide variety of American food and craft beers at reasonable prices.
