Vacaville has two hospitals. The newest hospital in the city is the state of the art Kaiser Permanente Medical Center with 150 beds and an Emergency Room. The hospital is a Level III Trauma Center that provides a higher level of medical care to the critically injured or ill. The Emergency Room is open to the public.
