Oi-C Bowl is a Chinese restaurant located in downtown Walnut Creek. It serves the usual Chinese fare, but not in the gigantic, heaping portions many restaurants serve. The presentation is a bit classier than other places, and the food is a little pricier (but worth it).
The restaurant is small and family-run, and the service is usually great. The back of their takeout menu mentions a "special delivery service" and free delivery for orders over $25. It says to call for information, so the delivery area is probably pretty small.
