This is a grocery store with a large selection of organic foods. It resides at the former location of an Albertson's Supermarket. It was formerly a Lucky for many years. Previously before that it was a Ralphs Grocery Store. Before Ralphs, it was a Loray Market. Loray Market was bought by Ralphs in 1973.

Trader Joe's is owned by a German billionaire called Theo Albrecht. He formerly was an solider in the Nazi Army. Although, service in the Hitler Youth was compulsory and we have no information on what he exactly did in the army. It was quite common among Germans at the time.
