Business 80 breaks off from I-80 and continues east with on/off ramps at Harbor blvd and Jefferson blvd as it then runs through West Sacramento as part of The Capital City Freeway(along with Highway 50) into Sacramento.

• as a side note, eastward just over the river/I street bridge, the capitol city freeway is joined from the north by 5, 16 and 99, but 5 splits off again south immediately and what is still known as the capital city freeway(bus80, 99, 16, 50) continues east through downtown sac to a split. At this split bus80 goes east (called the capital city freeway) on its way to rejoin Interstate 80, 99 goes south, and what continues "east" is 50 and 16 and is called the El Dorado Freeway(even after 16 eventually splits off). Capital City Freeway=Freeway through the Capital City(Sacramento, CA). Maybe El Dorado Freeway=Freeway through Eldorado National Forest?
