2010-02-15 15:35:37   I've been a regular customer at Savory since they opened but the last 3 times I have been in I've been in both the food and the service have been very disappointing. My last visit was worst of all. I had to go to the counter to get my drink refilled because my waitress was MIA and we had to ask for things that had been given w/o asking previously. When I finally flagged down my waitress she said that the owner had told the staff to give many things only if the customer asked for them. It really seemed like the staff were trying not to make eye-contact with their customers. My food arrived lukewarm and the portion size was smaller than usual. The whole atmosphere of the restaurant has turned cold. Some long-term staff that made the regular customers feel welcome (like Tracy) don't seem to be working there anymore. I am hoping that this is bump in the road for Savory because until recently it was the best and most welcoming restaurant in Woodland. —RynRhodes
