Silvina's is one of the best of Woodland's Mexican restaurants. The staff is friendly, and the food is most excellent.

I discovered this wonderful little resteraunt for lunch and was so impressed with all aspects.I live in Davis and was driving through Woodland to run errands when I discovered this place. The owner is very friendly and open to suggestions and her style of cooking is homemade and very authentic. It is a small family owned business inspired by her mother and grandmother. The flavors are amazing and the food is spot on with a unique spin on traditional favorites. I had the Mar Y Tierra and Chili relleno. Both were presented very elegantly and packed full of flavor. The owner demonstrates professionalism and love for cooking and running a business. She is involved with the community and donates to many charitable organizations. You must go here for some amazing food an say hello to Silvia , she is very sweet and loves taking with others about food and family. A great addition to Woodland! 2012-01-28 19:17:54   Stopped in for the first time for a late lunch today. Great ambiance. Fresh cut flowers were a lovely touch. Proper portion sizes plated very well and appealing. Loved how the chilled beer glasses were presented, one with a salt rim and lime wedge and the second round with what appeared to be a salt, chili powder, and lime rim. Very tasty! Food was well prepared. I have nothing bad to say about Silvina's and look forward to going back to try something else. And enjoy more salty Mexican beer. —CindiDrake
