C*A*T*S is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing quality gymnastics training and activities for all youth in Yolo county and surrounding areas. We strive to make our program one that helps our children build balance for life.
C*A*T*S beginning levels offer a curriculum where all kids win and progress through skill tests and achievement awards. C*A*T*S philosophy is to help kids have fun, explore their world, promote good fitness and create a drive within themselves. Gymnastics and Cheerleading helps to develop gross motor skills in addition to: 1) Body Awareness 2) Coordination 3) Independent Working Skills 4) Socialization Skills 5) Responsibility
C*A*T*S has a club of gymnasts ranging in age from 18 months to 18 years and include both boys and girls. Woodland Gymnastics now know as C*A*T*S was founded in 1972 by William LaQuard, we are staffed by a team of trained and experienced coaches. C*A*T*S offers a year-round program.
