Amato's is a chain restaurant originally from Portland, ME that has expanded to have many locations throughout Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire.
This particular location is house in Maplefield's is a very minimalist version of the franchise, and largely features (on site) pre-made food in the form of breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, and personal pizzas. However, custom orders are available and the menu is more flexible than is immediately evident on first sight.
The restaurant features a small seating area at the South end of the building. Pre-made items are often sold at a discount at the end of the day close to, or after, closing.
