For other Sears locations past and present, refer to the Sears article.

A building at 3063 Biddle Avenue in Downtown Wyandotte was once well-known as housing a Sears outpost, but following it's 1977 closure it underwent various changes. It's first and most-well-known use afterwards was the home of Sawmill Unfinished Furniture on the ground floor and storage units on the upper floors. In the spring of 2012, the ground floor was temporarily used as a Detroit Institute of Arts "Inside Out" display. Work began to convert it into a boutique hotel in 2013 but then failed. It is currently being remodeled into an apartment complex with retail space on the ground floor and the facade has been remodeled into something we're more expected to see in some place like Royal Oak or Ann Arbor.
