The Wyandotte Post Office is currently located at Eureka Road and Third Street. Until 2017, it was at 166 Oak Street. During it's final years on Oak Street, it considered either relocating to another location or even considered closing down completely, and on December 14, 2015, the Former Sears building on Biddle Avenue was considered as a new location, before ultimately settling for Eureka Road.

Wyandotte post office to move from Oak Street to former Sears building, The News-Herald, December 19, 2015
“The Wyandotte post office needs to relocate to find a space that is at least 1,582 net interior square feet from its original 14,250 square feet,” the U.S. Postal Service stated in a public notice published last fall. “Postal Service must relocate retail services to a yet-to-be-determined location within the city limits.” At that time, the U.S. Postal Service said the relocation project would consist of procuring a suitable location, as close as reasonably possible to the existing location. In choosing the site of the former Sears building, the new Wyandotte post office will be in the heart of the city’s downtown.
